Lee...Glad to hear you're ready to plan and get back on track...let's stay "on track" together!
Shelly...isn't it interesting how the people who are our friends are the ones who push us the most? I think that's a sign of a true friend because they see the potential in you and push you to move towards your goals!
Loreli...6 more weeks? AHhh! EXCITING!!! I'm getting a little anxious to get out and start running again, but I really want to focus on strength training and weight loss right now mixed with some HIIT cardio, so no runs planned in my near future.
Mark...Congrats on finishing the summer challenge! Good to see you continuing to make and strive towards goals!
My nutrition is on track today and I have plans to go in the Sauna this afternoon to burn a bunch of calories and detox a bit, and then tonight after the kids are in bed, I'm going to head to the gym and do a 5-25 on the treadmill OR if I'm too tired to drive to the gym, then I'll do an UBWO here at home and do the cardio tomorrow. I like to be flexible with my workouts because it keeps my weeks interesting and then if I don't feel like doing something specific one day I don't have to, but I'll still get something else in. Eventually I get in everything I need to before the week's over. Oh, my attitude today has been really positive too. I did take a couple minutes before bed last night to visualize my day today and how I would not over react to the kids fighting or anything else, and so far...so good!
I'm driving Hannah up to communcation therapy in Madison today (an hour drive), so I'm looking forward to blasting the radio and emersing myself in positive, uplifting music too. Music seems to be my refuge...so I'm going to use that to my advantage.
