I had a great chest, tris, and delts workout at the gym today. I finished in an acceptable amount of time. I need to get my energy up with some tai chi, or yoga this afternoon. This week I let my kids stress me out, I really want to stop doing that. I'm drawing a ton of inspiration, and a feeling of accountability from this group. Thanks all, have a great weekend.
