A week ago the long range weather was very wet so I figured the ground would be too wet to work and taking this time off would be ok. Yesterday evening I took a tractor out and the ground was fine so I will be battling the guilt of being away when I should be working, although this is for a very good cause.

I started back into resistance work last week and Friday was chest and arms, worked until failure, Sat was sore, Sunday very sore today better. Weekend meals were off but focused this week.

Wishing all a wonderful day
Doing things out of your comfort zone is great for you...That is exactly what I'm trying to do each day ..do something that makes me squirm..lol lol...Let us know if you decide to go so we can cheer you on!!!
