Saying hello to all of you, you determined Challengers.
Radical changes are often accompained by annoying but necessary pressures.
Temptation, stress, prior commitments and guilt and so forth, all stand in the way of you reaching your fitness, weight loss, or transformation goal.
Knowing the right thing to do just isn't good enough. That is what I call powerless knowledge.
It is the actual doing that is the hard part. I mean is there anyone out there that can Identify with me?????
I mean maybe I could start the I know what I am suppose to do but it simply ain't happenin' club?
Nope the push my butt out the nest and maybe I will fly community sounds better. The only problem is you might have a whole lot of "splat on the ground
" versus soaring in the air.
Okay maybe I am only talking to myself but if you have ever did the slow dance of getting nowhere face, it is a great time to stop rejecting knowledge, embrace the pain of change
and obtain the goal.
We can do this thing, now let's make this week a great one.
