UBWO & 20 min hi it on the bike today.
Tweeked my exercise plan just a little. 4 workouts per week to fit my work schedule.
Eating...I'm planning, shopping, and cooking, but still messing up with late evening sugar snacks. I will work on this. I prepared the fortified fudgesicle, and I'm not a fan. First meal I have not liked from efl. So, with the popsicle molds I purchased, I'm working on my own recipe of yogurt, fruit, protein powder. I will keep you posted on how it tastes.
