Gratitude in Action - Day 3
Hello Friends! I'm checking in after a long day. I got a great 5 - 25 LBWO in this morning - but it took 40 minutes to do it! I used 20 pound dumbbells on step ups, lunges, squats, and calf raises, and 40 pound dumbbells on the deadlift. Max HR was 158. I followed my meal plan - or made acceptable substitutes when necessary. I had the opportunity to text with my brother, Tom, and my friend, Gray, who are embarking on their own weight loss adventures. Both of them have been checking out the Transformation.com website, and Gray even did a 5- 25 walk/jog/run today!
I've posted my accountability to the Gratitude in Action thread, as well as my assignments 1 and 2. I've done my Power Mindset exercise and Meal Plan for tomorrow, too. Now it's time to hit the sack, as it's almost midnight here in Texas.
Jason, glad to hear yo are waking up from your long slumber! I know exactly how you feel. I gained about 90 pounds between 2003 and 2009 and I was miserable and made those around me miserable, too. I'm much happier now that I'm doing the work and seeing the changes - physical, mental and emotional. Keep it going!
