5)Exercise even if I donít feel like it or I am off work and donít have to teach, Just do it anyway
6.)continue working on building my relationships with my daughters and my foster daughter that now lives with us
1)To be honest I have been slacking, this is my lifestyle and I am slacking and gained a few lbs back, I have to nip this in the bud . I donít want my good habits of 5 years to unravel and slip slowly back into my old ways, itís very very easy to do, Especially at age 56, you tend to think oh what the heck, who cares, well I care and my loved ones care that I am healthy, I donít have to be a beauty queen, or look oh la la in a bikini but I do have to be healthy and I am blessed that I already am, I just have to continue my healthy journey.
2)When I eat unhealthy I feel bloated and retain salt which makes me look bloated also
3)When I feel burnt out on exercise and take a few days off, I actually feel worst. My back hurts from the 2 herniated disks and my hip and shoulder hurts from the pinched nerve and other muscles hurt from I guess the fibromyalgia..The few days off actually hurt me in the long run, I need the exercise to stay limber and have healthy strong bones and muscles. The time off is nice but not worth it.
4)When I take days off or vacation and eat unhealthy and donít exercise, I get to a point where I want to stop this and get back into my routine, yet when I do I find it harder to get going again, itís a very easy time for me or anyone to say, oh heck with it all and give up, but I fight my way back into my routine and within 2 or 3 days Iím back to energetic Linda
5)I have medical problems, 2 hernated disks, pinched nerve, curverture of the spine and when I ecercise regualy I donít hurt and when I eat healthy I am regular on going to the bathroom, lol

4)Iím back to being regular in the bathroom, lol
5)I feel energetic, healthy and alive
6.)The sturggles I faced with my daughter all of her struggles she was facing have come to a cease. Things are happy again, she is living home again and we all have a win win situation.

5)have 4 really good high intensity workouts and even ran a 5K on the treadmill on incline level 5 to 15. It took 46 min. but I did it and I was soaking wet and happy with myself.

1)To live a healthy , pain free life
2)To feel good
3)To be an example to my kids and grandkids
4)I need to keep up this journey not only for myself but for the members at the gym that count on me tobe there and help them
5)To be honest and be doing what I said I do, I donít want to blog how everything is so perfect if itís not, or say Iím doing all this exercise if I am really slacking, so I guess I could say to keep my self accountable and keep my word true to people that I encourage or inspire
6.) my dream has always been to have a good relationship with my family and a place where all my loved ones always felt this was home and could always come home no matter what.
1)at 56 itís hard to say what other progress I can make, but I know I will make progress in some aspect of my life, this program is about mind, body, soul and spirit and I have room to let progress take over in all areas

Something I can do even more next week:
Eat cleaner, workout smarter, be a better example, contact people I havenít hear from on t.com and see how they are doing, continue working on the fantastic relationships Iím having with my kids, grandkids and foster children. Let go of things that bother me as soon as they happen, donít waste time on things I canít control and just smile and be happy and feel free.
I may not be able to change everything I face, But I can not change anything until I face it.
