Cardio Day - Biggest Loser Style
Yesterday I wasn't able to get to the gym [my kids are on a break] and I got creative for cardio. I found on Demand, the Biggest Loser Cardio workout, 23 minutes with Bob. Has anyone else done any of the workouts and had success? I'm still feeling the workout today, especially my ABS!!!

I bought my wife the video with Bob for christmas. Sometimes when she doesn't want to wake me up in the morning she heads to the family room and works out to it. I did it once and, yes, it really does make you sweat.

I just started with the 30 DAYS JUMP START... It's only 10 minutes. But You can do more than one serie.
