Good morning everyone!

Mikhail, I wasn't sleeping late yesterday (ha ha ha..what's that anyways?!) I was shopping my head off! We are celebrating (well, the present part) today with my mom and sisters and their families, so I had to get the last minute stuff yesterday.

Thanks for not minding we talk behind your back CJ (hee hee) and yes, what you said did mean a lot, and that's why I wanted to share.

Diane - as always, thanks for being so wonderful, and what a workout yesterday, yikes! You are wonder woman.

Ok, today I am taking my daughter to swim lessons, meeting with friends to exchange gifts and have lunch for the kids, then my moms for dinner, my grandmother's 96th birthday (today she is 96) and open presents, so a busy day for me, but I plan on not forgetting about the healthy journey I am on.

Thanks to all of you for being so wonderful and in my "geese" family...ha ha ha..sorry if that analogy was corny, but how I feel.

Poker game went fine yesterday. I had to eat a lot of crap yesterday(bunch of dudes getting together, what else can you expect), but the brillian's of Bill's free day concept made it simple. So, I just relaxed, eat 3 bags of chips with 25 sandwiches (no guilt whatsoever )and reconnected with my old buddies. It actually turned to be a great evening.

Plan for today: Meditation (done), LBWO and sauna (coming up). Dinner at parents place tonight.


Today I am grateful for our ability to connect with others and share! Connecting and sharing is a vital part of a healthy life!

Hey folks...thanks for the good wishes and advice. I went out salsa dancing last night, which I had not done for months and months and I had a blast. I was sweating and worked really hard for about 2 hours. The band was awesome and many excellent dancers...

I am having a rougher time today. Will not go into details but my heart has not been handled kindly. I wonder how long you get to be mad before you do the "Big forgive,". Maybe tomorrow.

I put the lights on the tree and it is gorgeous. I have tall ceilings so I got a tall tree.

Ann, what beautiful sentiments about the group...I know what you mean. It is amazing how people do lift each other up.

Right now I could use a bit of lifting. I am going to work to get outside of myself...I know my life is filled with so many blessings compared to many.

Hi everyone! Just home from my very busy day. After swim and after lunch, my hubby wanted to show me something he wanted for Christmas, and it happened to be in the store that also had pedestals for my new front load washer/dryer we got this summer. So, I bought him what he wanted, and he bought me pedestals so they would sit higher up (you know, I'm getting too old to bend down and transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer) hee hee.. Then staight to my mom's to celebrate my grandmother's b'day and open Christmas presents early since her house will be chaos on Christmas. Thank you all for the birthday wishes for my grandma. You know, she is 96 and completely with it, still bowls, goes to bingo, etc.! Now THAT is how I want to be when I am that old! I love that lady!

Diane - I am so glad I am not the only corny one..ha ha ha! You are awesome!

Mikhail - only 25 sandwiches with the buddies, come on, you're slackin!

Terri - 3:45 DOES come early, holy cow. And you know what, the heart, hands and ears is what Christmas is all about! Everyone is so very lucky to have you in their lives, us included.

Holly - salsa dancing sounds so cool! I am so jealous, I have no groove whatsoever. Sounds like you had a blast, and burned some seriouse calories! I am sorry you are having a rough day today, I am sending happy vibes your way and hope you feel it. Wow, maybe the big forgive tomorrow, you are a saint, I still am stuck on that step! ha ha ha...really! I know it's all internal with me, but there's some things I just can't seem to get past. I hope you do forgive and it makes you feel better!

OMG! I just logged on to the link that you posted Diane, I SWEAR to all of you that I have never seen that video...ha ha ha...My mouth dropped when I saw it. I even went back to see what time I posted and what time Shawn posted so I can tell you I posted first..ha ha ha....His only shows the date but I swear to you I didn't plagorize..ha ha ha...and no Mikhail, I am not in a group with him. That is so freaky we posted the same thing on the same day. Wow, kind of says something to a deeper level to me now, that is wild! Ok, now that I got that off my chest. But I did love the video, but hadn't seen it before.

That is so funny.
