Bicycling and Training
Over on bicyclingdotcom, there is a training section with a cool calculator to give you an idea of how many calories you burn in a given session at a given level of effort. Pretty cool..
Bicycle Training , Bike Skills and Advice: Bicycling Magazine.com Sadiedoodle and I just got back from an evening ride. Almost 8 miles in 39 mins. Perfect weather, not too hot, not too cool. ![]()

Cool site
. Thanks. Curious, what types of interval or MIIT do you do on the bike? I have my bike on a trainer (because I have no bike lanes and loonies that drive on the roads here :S) I want to mix up my routine--any ideas? ![]() |
