Introduce yourself to the group!

Hi.
My name is Antony (please if you remember without an H) I am 48 years old but feel about 30ish. I originally was born in London, England and left after getting my degree in Sociology. I live with my wife and 4 (5) children in the northern party of Germany where I have been since my 30th birthday. We live in the countryside in a big house with loads of land (great for the kids - but lots of work to do in the garden etc.) We`re recently got a new addition to our family - we fostered a 12 year old girl and that is going very well.
My other children are Klara who is 12, Tom who is 10 and Ben and Miles who are both 9.
At present I`m working for the local council doing an Internet Cafe Project is a poor part of the next town. The job is fun ... but it is coming to an end in December this year after 60 months. And to be quite honest, I`m looking forwards to a new start and something new ... exactly what I don`t really know at the moment.
I occasionally ride horses (with my daughters and Ben), I do karate (yellow belt) with my 3 boys, I paint landscapes (bob ross) and write novels. When I`m not here on Transformation.com or Facebook I like to read novels, self-helpbooks and do gardening ... also sitting in my corner of the garden is sooo great. One day I want to go to Australia and travel without time and money restrictions. Perhaps we`ll meet there.
In January I wish to be able to write my next book, to give seminars to schools and colleges about what they don`t teach you at school (life skill stuff) and to get myself fit and happy.
Too much ... I don't think so!!
Have fun
Antony

Hi - It's me, Meredith! What can I say about myself? I'm 45 - I have a background in the arts - I work at a church. I've been married for 13.5 years. I have two kids.

I live in the woods - surrounds by trees - pretty beautiful - My babies are small and so that is who I pay attention to most of the time. Both of my children came to me through adoption - they were born in the Midwestern United States. They have the same birth mom, and me! I have two dogs, my kids drink goat milk, I love kale and collard greens and I hope to be more creative in my life. I work hard but have always been very self-conscious about my art work (I was an experimental film maker in a previous life -but always made a living organizing other people's creative process - )

Whew! What more? I started swimming this past summer and jogging a bit after two years of not exercising much. I used to hike A LOT, but my son didn't sleep last year, so i didn't either!

Anyway, I want my health and good feelings back! And slowly they are reappearing.

Time for sleeping! Good Night!

Lifetime intentions

I just bought Bill's book on Kindle. I found the first several chapters to be more of the same until I got to this chapter, and then I knew it was what I was looking for. He opened with asking yourself what your life is about, what are your goals, what is really meaningful to you. This is what I want to work on for myself and I liked the way he framed the questions and helped me formulate when I was in that special zone. So I looked for a group that sounded akin to this, but the last post was written in 2009! So I don't even know if you all still read or participate in these forums. So maybe I'll speak to you again, or maybe you're traveling in different directions. Let me know if you're still around.
Thanks,
Marilyn
