I do not know how this is done, possibly it is a feature of google maps or mapquest etc. But on other forums I have seen a world map where members of the forums and put a 'pin' of where they live. They can also add their screen name to that pin. It is very cool to be able to zoom in and around and see concentrations, or that you may have a friend you did not know about right down the street! Does any one else like this idea or know how to add a feature like this?

I think you can do this with google, but I tried screwing around with it last night but couldn't get figured out how to add the little pins etc so people could add their info... I'm not good at that stuff so my attempts were kind of bleh.

I know facebook has that, maybe there's an app via that but ugh.. facebook... gag.

Hello??? I am not giving up on this idea. Someone here should know how this can be added as a feature. It would be so cool to see a world map, or even US to start and watch the pins fill it up. Maybe even blue and pink ones? anyone? hello echo echo echo :-)

Actually there is a way to do this I saw it on myspace. Let me see if I can remember where I found it before. Okay here it is, i don't know exactly if this is what you are talking about?
