I don't know if someone has already submitted this or not but it would be nice to have notification at your home page if someone has left you a new comment on your profile, in response to a particular blog of yours or on any of your pictures.

Also under pictures to indicate how many comments on (like you do with blogs) so you don't go in and look (again to acknowledge).

I like to acknowlege & thank people for taking the time to stop by or comment so having these notifications would be helpful so that that's the first thing I do when I'm here.

Good Morning BBS.......Thank you for stopping by my page. I SOOOOO agree with you on the notification because I I won't see them until 2days later and feel bad that I didnt acknowledge them sooner. In no means, do I want the interpretation to be of disrespect.

I'd like that too...lots of times there is a new comment on my blog and I have no clue and I don't want people to feel unappreciated for taking their time to talk to me.

I agree with all of the above too. I usually go into my blogs to see if there are any comments but a notification would be great and save me a lot of time from always checking to see if someone left me a comment or not. I dont want to miss anyone's comments.

I totally agree with this tread. I think it would be awesome to know when someone comments to either your blog or photographs. It would sure save time.

Great idea.....I would just love to be able to comment on profile's.....but alas it is not working for me....they go into comment heaven and are never seen.....lolol....hopefully someone can get that straightened out for me soon.....

AGREED! I'm still trying to learn to navigate this so I didn't even know people were being so supportive! I would love a notification on the home page. *crosses fingers*

OH! Or if we could get a count on comments and not just views...it's a little sad to know how many people have looked at your pictures and had nothing to say about them

Absolutely, I hate having to go back and forth between my email and this to see that I've seen everything.

bump cuz it was on my mind today...

hopin this becomes reality...i think that some people *think* they are being "ignored" because it seems they arent getting any responses to anything and if they would go back and take a peek at everything they ever wrote there would probably be a whole long list of comments that they never knew were there.

i have done this (go back and read my old stuff) and STILL i find i have missed several cheerful comments on my stuff

hopefully the webmasters here can find a way to link "NEW COMMENTS" on blog posts and Photos to some main notification board.
