Week 1of the Summer Challenge

Hi Gals Blazin' Trails!

I finally made it to the group.

I was out of town last week and feel very far behind.

So far my first week is going well. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week, exercise 5 times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, fruit and good carbs in small proportions.

Let's get more gals in this group!

I lost 4 pounds my first week. I'm sure some of it was water as I always bloat up when I travel. How are you doing for the first week? I know Michelle is having her butt kicked by Jillian Michaels! LOL

Week One

Way to go Renee- Awesome 4lbs!!!!

I started my first week this week and off to a good start! I've been working out every day- actually started back in May. Doing Jillian Michaels "Ripped in 30 days" and it's kicking my butt. I have noticed that I feel stronger and I did 10 -non girly pushups on Friday- Yeah it took some time to work up to that. I've lost a few pounds and have been eating very well.

I'm taking 7 keto which revs up the metabolism and it gives me some great energy- It's natural- now I'm going to look for a natural fat burner.
