Reminds me of my first day in the weight room... so much great stuff and I don't have a clue!

It feels like a 3 ring circus(in the most positive, fun way) and I'm not sure where to focus my attention. Please, somebody with experience on this broad a site....can you give me some helpful advice? ps.... I am really excited for all the developments. Just a bit overwhelmed!

Welcome! It can be a little overwhelming at first because I was the same way but as you get more familiar with the way it works, it becomes easier. Just ask questions!! Thats what I do if Im not sure about something. There are alot of seasoned members on here who are more than willing to help you out so dont worry about asking those questions. Someone will have an answer for you. Good luck! ")

Shane you are so funny & I met (well thru email) your beautiful daughter! She thinks your great too!!!!! LOLOLOLOL.. the board is sooo big I miss things all the time..but Jan well she is perfect so I am surprised!!!!LOL..I love you both and thrilled you know eachother cause she rocks! I LOVE this new area and all it has to offer but I wish I navigated better? LOL>.I am feeling GREAT though & eating SO WELL I am SUPER PROUD of myself & my family,cause as yours shane my family is doing this with me even though they aren't in need to loose much just BE HEALTHY!!!!! I am not really a newbie but i am still trying to figure out things on this site. It is awesome regardless. I just say jump right in. Pretend it is like jumping rope and double dutch. LOL JUMP IN, join in we are all here to transform.
