editing my profile

trying to make a few changes to my profile and they don't keep. I've tried what worked before, filling in all blanks on my info. Is there something else I might be doing wrong? thanks.

Usually this is because one of the fields is not being filled out. Looking at your profile, it looks like the State field might be not filled out. Can you try filling that out and try again? And if it doesn't work, let me know if you get any error or if it says "Modifications have been successfully applied."

Thanks Phil.
It is saying select a state. It doesn't seem to recognize my province.

It should let you type a state if you're outside the US. In the meantime, I've gone ahead and entered it for you. Please let me know if that works now.

Hi Phil. Sorry, that still isn't helping. I made the changes, did the password too.

Can you let me know exactly what you're trying to change, in which field?

Hi Phil.
I was trying to change my music, which I've successfully done a few times in the past.
Also the I am part and the inspire part. Nothing urgent. Don't sweat it.
The message keeps saying "SELECT A STATE."
Iv'e tried all versions of BC, and also WA for a try, nothing helped. Same message.
thanks for your efforts on my behalf.

Please try this once more-- it should work fine now, just enter something in the State field and it should be accepted. Let me know.

thanks very much Phil. I'm not sure what you did, but a huge difference and all is well.
