![]() "GOT GUTS" GROUP !!!!! THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE ....LET US REJOICE AND BE ... GLAD!!" MY HEALTHY INTENTIONS TODAY; 1. Grtitude for the those who speak faith into my life, prayer, and meditation on the intentions of Hope and expectancy. 2. Cardio of sme kind hopefully will be taking a functional itness class for that 3. Menu; Breakfast; small bowl of whole grain cerel, skim milk , water, pom juice. snack; small bag of almonds and raisins, green tea, water. Lunch; Natural peanut butter on whole wheat, water. Snack; Chocolate Right Light, water. Dinner.; lean sirloin pattie, on whole wheat, water. Bedtime; Vanilla Right Light , creatine, water. 4. Give it my all at work today !!!! 5. 8 hours solid sleep. To all my "GOT GUTS" Family , please have THE most awesome day in TRANSFORMATION and get your MIND and BODY right ....for LIFE !!!!! Hello to all, especially Diane, and Joe, I am doing great, weight at 164. exercising 6 days week, driving, working, dating, working on my website. life is good. All is well. As you thinketh so shall it be done unto you!!!
