Hello, hope everyone had a good weekend!

Weekend was good. Went to dinner with a friend, watching olympics when I can, church with a friend, and the gym on Sunday. I am focused and ready to start my week with better focus on time management and focus on getting things done that are more of priority like going through paperwork, paying bills, eating better, and gym time I have a date on Friday and will use that as motivation/reward to get other things more pressing things done.

FOCUS FOR TODAY:

* Drink all the water in my 'H20 on the Go' 2.2 Liter Jug at work.
* Eat 4-5 meals today.
* Gym tonight for a leg workout with 20 minutes on the stair stepper.
* Get caught up on bills and paperwork.
* Get a good rest tonight.

Missed you all and will try to post more often

Mary

Hi, everyone. Sorry for the brief absence. Last Friday was a nightmare at work so I decided to gift myself with a "me" weekend full of chore finishing, helping others, and mucho socializing. It was a good mini-vacation and I was ready to come back for more here at work today. Still overwhelmed with the FB experience. It was good to catch up with some T.com friends that are not on T.com anymore. I'll get the hang of it eventually. It's kind of like walking into the Mall of America for the first time. So much going on that site.

Diane, thanks for your super motivational texts and posts, Wahoo! That Day is not Today, indeed!
Sue, That quote is so true, a great to start the day is by getting in a good mood.
Mary, Olympics are inspiring and dates are certainly motivating.
Joseph, glad you got all moved in and closer to work.
Jillian, I know what you mean, organizing my desk is a full time job.
Becky, Let's try to stay and think COOL in the midst of this heat wave.
Welcome, Cherbear! You picked a great group.

I was airlifted to a neurotrauma hospital after a serious bike accident while cycling across America raising funds in gratitude to the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter, July 28, 2009. You totally rock with your 10,000 steps, HIIT stationary bicycle, walking the dogs and healthy eating! Planning, sharing...accountability makes a huge difference...so congratulations, Becky!

Wow! 6pm! My day is just kind of starting. Worked last night and didn't get to bed until 11am and then up by 2p!! My poor body doesn't know if its coming or going?? Back to work at 7 - unless I'm on call- That would be nice!! I have Semester finals this week and so I desparately need to study and take some exams and then hit my writing class that has to be finished in the next couple of weeks and then start all over with a new semester on July 17th! Whew!!
I have succeeded in only weighing on Mondays-except for one sneak peak last Friday Lol! I am DOWN 5#'s in two weeks to a new weight as of today!! Total loss 54#'s!! I am so excited! This really works!! I have just decided to "TRUST" the plan-just like we learned at camp. Don't try to re-invent the wheel or let "old mind games" come into play. Just fill out the papers, eat the 5 planned EFL meals and get in the 5/25 and it works Happy Day!!

"Discipline IS the road between goals and accomplishmnets."
My new mantra for the week
I have my plan: Filled out my T360 papers, reviewed my goals and intentions, study for finals and find some sleep somewhere?? Drink my water, UBWO 5/25, Journal, say my prayers and read my scriptures and accomplish my goals of supporting and encouraging others.
EFL MENU
M1-Marcdus EFL Frozen Turkey roll with tomatoes & fruit
M2-RL shake
M3-Chicken & Rice
M4-RL shake
M5-Cottage cheese/yogurt/berry EFL parfait
Gratitude: Thankful for the health I do have
Ability to exercise without pain
Freedoms of this USA! and Thankful for Servicemen and women who protect us
T360 Program -it's healthfulness-it's leaders - and that it works!!!
My dear sweet husband and sons
All of YOU!!!
Love love love all your pics people!!
Diane- You motivate me daily to eat better and move more and to love God more fully and be good to otherers
Sue- Your workouts are AWE INSPIRING.
Mary- Yeah for your goals and focus!
Joseph- I am planning on smashing my goals.
Jillian- Have fun organizing!! Great success in prepping that fridge for the week!
Becky- Keep Hitting those Steps!!!
Cher- Welcome to the best group in town girl!! We are so happy to have you<3.
Larry- WooHoo for mini vaca's and socializing- We all need to do more of that! and I'm so loving the pics!!
LOVE TO YOU ALL!!!!
