They sort of turned into a prayer. I am grateful for all of these and more:

Attitude - I have a willing heart, determination, and love for others. God, thank you for making me a people person.

Books - Transformation and classic literature. Betty and Veronica comics! Thank you Lord, for the gift of books and being able to communicate through them.

Cooking - I love to make meals for my family and with my Additude and Eating for Life, I can now make healthier meals! Thank you God for giving me people to cook meals for and dine with me.

Dogs! - I love my furry companions. God, thank you for sending me angles in the form of canines. I promise to be good to them.

Everyone here - My Transformation community is the most upbeat and loving supportive community there is. Heavenly father, thank you for inspiring Bill and giving him the vision of Transformation. Please continue to bless his efforts, and everyone here making a better life for themselves and others.

Freedom - We live in a country where we can assemble freely, such as for races and Transformation events and to worship God. Thank you Lord for freedom.

Gratitude Challenge - It's day two and already I have learned something about myself. Thank you God for reminding Michael to invite me!

Happy Heart - I genuinely love others and usually find the brighter side of things. God, sometimes I stumble, but my heart usually is in the right place. Please continue to guide me on your path.

Intuition - God, thank you that you have blessed me with a knack of connecting with others and being able to feel what they feel most of the time. This has helped me in my career and in my personal life. Thank you that you have allowed me to bless others.

Jillian - It's a pretty good thing every morning to wake up alive and well. Dear God, please help me to be the person you intened me to be when you made me.

Kids - They are my life and I love them in so many ways. I am grateful that I can stop and appreciate simple moments at all times and realize how special every minute with them is, even when they are teasing eachother back and forth. God, I know they are just on loan from you while I am here on earth, but I wanted to take a moment to tell you that above anything else, they are by far the greatest gift you ever have given to me. THANK YOU.

Love - Love is all around us and God is love. God, please allow me to open my heart always to love and screen off ingenuine thoughts and emotions. Let me walk in love.

Medicine - I am grateful for medicine and the surgeon who operated on my ankle to make me better. Thank you God for listening to my prayer asking you to guide his hands as he performed the operation. My ankle is healing and I am getting better.

New Day!- Thank you Lord, that you renew your mercies to us with each new day.

Outdoors - I am grateful for being able to take a walk, breathe in the air, and know that God is around us everywhere. Thank you God, for the rain you sent yesterday and how fresh it is.

People - I am grateful for people who come into my life. God, you know the number of hairs on our heads. That's pretty amazing. You must love us a lot.

Quarter Notes - I am grateful that my son plays music on his saxaphone, trumpet, and trombone. God, thank you for letting me find the money to get these when he wanted them, thank you for music and expecially Jazz!

Races - I am hoping to do another half marathon soon. God, thank you I am healing.

Spellcheck - I am grateful that I have it on Word, and hope to get it installed here. God, I am not a great speller, but you have given us brains to make programs that do, so thank you for technology that allows me to spell when I write letters.

Transformation - Wow! I am grateful to be here. Thank you God.

User friendly technology - I am grateful that it is so easy to post in the forums here and make blogs. Thanks God, for minds that create easy to use technology.

Valerie - God, thank you for my sister and her family. Please bless her and keep her well.

Water - I am grateful that drinking water can help me to lose weight. Dear Lord, I haven't been drinking enough of it. Please remind me when I forget.

Xrays - I am thankful that this technology allowed my doctor to diagnose my ankle.

Yesterday - Dear God, thank you for the past, because it means that I have experience to grow from . Please allow me to use hindsight to make a better today and tomorrow.

Zest for life! - I am grateful that God gave me energy and enthusiasm. Dear Lord, help me to tone it done when necessary and use it for your Higher good when appropriate.

One thing I am noticing is that most of these are not material items. Funny how that turned out.
Whew, now I can go back and read the others. I didn't want to let anyone's influence mine, coz that might be cheatin'.
