Thank you Grati~2~de Challenge!
Good Day Everyoneat Grati ~ 2 ~ de Challenge! It's almost the end of our HHC Challenge! WOW... Time, where did it go!!! I just weighed in and have LOST 21 pounds , my goal was 20 pounds so I'm happy!!! I ALSO WORKED OUT A TOTAL OF 56 TIMES! I HAD 11 FREEDAYS!!! I will be taking my after photos and doing my bodyfat this Friday! Thanks to Champion/Coach/Friend Michael and the rest of the team for HELPING me stay Focused during the holidays!!! Well I didn't reach my goal weight, but I did beat a lot of other goals & problems. I wish I had been here more often, but time & circumstances didn't award me w/ the proper time. I did enjoy the days I did participate. Thank you guys for being you. Thank you Michael, for setting this up again.
Here's an update on my physical self, Michael. Hi Guys! Well therapy w/ the new place was not what I had hoped for. Long story short, Dan said for me not to take my pain meds b/c it would mask the pain & I might overdue. (That’s what happened to him). So I did the intake & then about 10 mins. into the range of motion exam, yowzer!!! Something popped & shot excruciating pain in my back. I was rolled down to ER where I spent the rest of the day. They wanted to put me back in the hospital. I refused, saying I could lay in my own bed if they’d just supply me w/ the proper pain meds. They called my doctor who wrote me the scrips. She knows how I feel about meds & if I was begging for them, then I needed them. She also arranged for me to see a pain management specialist to get this under control. A shot in the butt & I’m back home in my own bed. YAY!!! Oh the poor therapist, all she did in the end was to have me lay on my stomach w/ 2 pillows under me. That’s what caused the pain. She told me not to come back until I was pain free. Well I need her then??? So the good news is that I finish my HHC today w/ relaxation. A little nauseated & fuzzy headed, but I’m fighting to the end.J J J Quote: “Not everyday is a good day, but there is something good in every day”. __________________

This is my plan for 12-28-11... 6am Got home from being at the hospital all night with my Grandma!!! She is doing well... she had very painful lower back cramps!!! She needs to drink more water!!! 7am 60 MINUTE POWER WALK OUTSIDE. 8am Vanilla Protein Coffee and 2 cups of water. 10am CottageCheese and Yogurt...plus 2 cups of water. 12pm Turkey Salad and 2 cups of water. 3pm Chicken, Brown Rice, salad and 2 cups of water. 5:30pm Vanilla Protein Shake and 2 cups of water. 6:30pm Teach Yoga 8am Vanilla Protein Shake and 2 cups of water. My GRATITUDE LIST!!! 1) GOD 2) My Health 3) Sarah 4) Family/Mom/ Grandma!!! 5) T-COM. 6) Friends 7) Laughing 8) Walking be the Ocean!!! Blessings ~ Brett
