Knee Injury and a COMEBACK!

I had multiple meniscus tear in my right knee. I suffered with it for 6 months until I got surgery. I thought the surgery would be a quick fix and I'd be back running and lifting in no time. How wrong I was. How miserable and depressed I WAS. Well, finally, six months later I'm back and better than ever before. I've got the fire and the passion and I'm kicking ass on the treadmill and with the weights. The thought of working my way back scared me to death, but I decided I've gotta start somewhere. I have a long road to get back the endurance and strength I had but it's coming and I'm feelin it every minute of everyday! I'm transforming before my very eyes. I did it before, but this time the hard work and appreciation I will have for it is and will be beyond compare! Bill Phillps changed my life 5 years ago....and now I'm taking matters into my own hands and doing it again! Just had to tell the world! Anyone can do this....if you dig deep and do it!

GREAT WORK!!! it is awesome to hear that you have that fire back in your training and life. I know the feeling, I am currently 9 weeks post op my second knee surgery in a year which included a 2nd fully torn meniscus. Im starting to be able to get back training and seeing results in what i do.

Keep up the great work and if you ever need anything let me know!!

Best,
Neil
