carpal tunnel
I just had carpal tunnel surgery on july 3rd and have to wait 2 weeks for weight training. should I do more cardio?

2 weeks will fly by.. as per cardio: are you doing 3 hiit style sessions a week now? If so, perhaps just do light cardio the other days like a brisk walk, hike, bike etc.. which also adds more fun & outdoors to your program. Cheers, Dave
