Thank You ,I hope you are feeling better with your new "gear"....I am hoping to avoid that but we'll see. I try to take it easy but at times it gets a little boring & frustrating. Today I did some "hiking" and I am "PRAYING~!" LOL..THANK YOU ~ Laura

Well, that does it! I'm never going to complain about my sore back anymore. That fact that you guys even want to get out of bed amazes me. You are all an inspiration. Be good to yourselves, you deserve it. -Art
