My nutrition plan:
Protein & Veggie day
1.5 gallons of water
My fitness plan:
25 minutes of fitness boxing
My 5 things to accomplish today:
1. Check in with my groups in transformation
2. 15 minutes of meditation
3. Do my scheduled training
4. clean house
5. Get 10 hours of sleep tonight
