I'm glad to see you back! I had a great weekend, but if everything goes as planned, this week will be much better than that! My blogs already done, and I'm off to do some stretching and thensome morning get-my-blood moving cardio. I wish everyone the best.

Hi guys and Gals,

I forgot to mention in my blog that I had a killer cardio workout this morning although it has now been two weeks since I set my new record so i am due to beat it. Today I was aboutr 100 metres from the previous mark but yet I could hardly breathe at the end of it. It was quite a heavy track as we have had quite a bit of rain but I don't want to make excuses. No more excuses just choices.

Good morning Group Members! It's going to be a great day. My workout is in and my blog is updated. I'm off for a much needed haircut with my girls and out to lunch with my friend. I realize it's a meal out, but have made plans for it to be healthy and in control

Good Morning!!!! What a great day. As of Sunday I was half way through this transformation -YEAHHHH!!!! I cannot believe that I stayed and committed to this and also that now it feels like why would I do anything different.

Hi all. I'm late posting, but I completed assignments #7 and #8 and a daily accountability blog. Read whichever of them you choose (if any). The weekend wasn't the best for us, but it's water under the bridge and I am re focused on this Monday afternoon and ready to reclaim what is left of the day! I'll get to a few blogs today. Hi Everyone....well I am really stepping it up a notch....I am pumped....I ran for 30 minutes straight today, ended up being 2 miles (4K I believe)....walked/ran outside yesterday for the first time ever....5K took about 45 minutes.....(Tristen you ran that whole way, my goodnes).....I need to work on this....

I am feeling very motivated and my workouts are getting really intense....

My progress pics are up in my gallery as well....I think I will do what the MrGrinch does and add it to my signature....

Hello everyone------thanks for all the birthday wishes yesterday. It was great hearing from everyone. We had a terrible storm last night. We got up and slept in a more protected area and were still kept awake by all the noise. Lost power and just got it back on late this afternoon. Had a difficult time finding roads open that didn't have downed trees over them. Ate clean today and had a good UBWO. Talk to you later----Bob

Well guys and gals, still trying to get used to this new life with the baby. Everything has been going pretty good but my time is still a huge issue. I'm going to try to start working in my T-com time at lunch or something so I can be more consistant. I can really tell a difference when I allow myself to get disconnected from you guys. Thanks for all your encouragment, thoughts and prayers.

Thought I would go for my run/walk this morning like I have been doing. I got up and out the door I felt great. I started my routine and my body did not like me at all. I ended up just pushing myself as much as I could stand. I made it a 20-minute walk. When I got home after work today I made sure that the tires on my bike were aired and ready to go. Tomorrow I will ride.
Food: natural peanut butter on whole wheat toast, shake, salad, shake, spaghetti, ?

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend, and a smooth Monday...
I had a super busy but serene last few days, which comes at a good time with all the turmoil surrounding the issues with the little one. Blog is posted and workout got done..

I have had internet connection issues ever since I switched over to Comcast, and I have not been able to get online reliably all weekend...I may start doing my blogs at work to keep up with everything! I'm not the tech type, so I'm not sure what's up.
