Dave good to see another person from Massachusetts? I am from Ludlow. I bounce around the New England Transformers group and a few others. I'll stop by and check in. I am starting on Monday May 11th. Great to see you back for a second round, even with the med problems. Stay strong.

Thx for the replys, and I welcome everyone to enjoy this forum. Am here to help with anything at all as well. Been a personal fitness trainer from way back , around 1999 , old school hehe. But have some great workout tips and glad to share any if needed. Last round for me didnt go so well , got the flu (noro virus) and had double elbow injurys from work. To much stone foundation work i guess.Anyway I've been to the Doc's got my shots , took some recovery time and very much needed rest. So I;m so ready for this next May 25th challenge. Happy to see you all, hope we can get to know one other and share some advice and inspirations.....Thx again all, Go team!

I joined back in round one, but did not finish. I will admit that was actually my second attempt, as I joined in 2008 and did not finish. In 2008 there was just too much going on in my life and I didn't make time for everything, especially not the physical activity component to the challenge. I did finish all the assignments, but didn't do anything else. Round one for 2009 started off going strong. I was doing well (a lot to do with how God used the assignments to help me), but loss the inner motivation. I made lots of spiritual changes though since the first of the year. I got in a slump, then got a shoulder injury and didn't even finish my assignments. So, third times a charm right? So, here I go. I still have the shoulder injury, but I will do what I can physically and nutritionally and will complete all the assignments. I will turn in my pics and "stuff" at the end. However, right now I can't get the link to sign me up, so I will try again later. Ummm...surely not an omen that I shouldn't do this again? Nope, just a distraction trying to get me to give up already. Not going to happen.

Hi Dave,
I also joined in round one and didn't complete the challege. I think I am in a better place and have more time for the challege (will MAKE the time) I am re-committing and determined to finish this time despite a currently sprained ankle. I'd love to chat with you other May 25 starters and to support you in this endeavor. I really believe in this program and know I just have to stick with it. |

Count me in! I started Round One in Jan 2009, but have not completed all the assignments....got very sidetracked by major events in my life (ugly divorce, friendship betrayal, cross-country move, mother's illness, financial instability...). But, thank God, some of these situations have improved or passed and I'm ready to devote my time and energy to tranforming myself, again. I'm thankful that TC helped me in dealing with those events in my life much better than I would have without TC. But I had so many other "deadlines" in my life, that my TC deadline never got priority (my fault).
So here is to renewed efforts or new efforts, whichever applies to your situation! Diane Michigan |

I'm ready for this one as well! I am actually going to start a week earlier- I don't want to wait another week. I will be doing assignment #1 today. I'm not really looking forward to those before pics, but I know that it's time to face reality!

well facing the truth, is indeed the first step. But think of the rewards youl'll have after.
Your not alone here, ever have any questions or just need to talk about any kind of training or diet, please feel free to shoot it out. ...Dave

Hi, I've been looking forward to starting for a couple of weeks. I'm planing to start Assignment 1 today. I'm familiar with BFL, I followed that plan for a while, but didn't finish. I'm glad I clicked on Bill's email about this challenge this time. Looking forward to finishing this challenge with the group.

Greetings folks,
I am still finding my way about the site and seeing what I need to do/get in place by the beginning of the program. I know I am not keen at this stage to post photographs on line but I have decided to take them (in the mirror in the gym when no one is looking). I feel rather optimistic about it all since I attended a break through to success seminar last weekend where Jaki gave me a card to check out this website, I have had a copy of Shawn Phillips Strength for life since it came out so I was very glad to see this is his brothers site. My main thing along the way is not waiting till I am 138lbs to do what I want to and at times feeling unstructured and overwhelmed and impatient. Love, love. Belle Frogette |

Hi Everyone!
I just signed up for the challenge. I did BFL about a few years ago and it was great. The weight slowly crept back on and now I find myself at my heaviest weight ever. I woke up yesterday and knew it was time to try it again. I know it's going to be tough to get everything together by Monday, but I'm excited to get started!
Since it's been so long for me, I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions. My first: what supplements and shakes do you recommend? It's great to meet everyone and I look forward to spending the next 12 weeks with all of you! ![]() |

Many people here have spoken highly of Bill's new RIGHT shake line. Check the store link at the top right of the screen. They seem to be resonably priced compared to myoplex. Oh and by the way you'll be spending 18 weeks with us. Transformation is an 18 week course. Great to have you and welcome to T.com
