I had a super fantastic workout last night. One of those that ended up a sweaty mess that lets you know you actually did something. I don't have those very often! Unfortunately, I don't get to have another one because I may have a blood clot in my calf.

While I have insurance that will cover the cost of my funeral should this thing decide to travel, I don't have insurance that will cover a hospital stay. How warped is that? Anyhow, just what I needed....100* out and let's wrap up in a heat pack! UGH!

I said if God wants me to workout, He will drag me out of bed, and apparently He doesn't!

I will be eating as clean as possible, so hopefully won't backslide.

Hi Folks... I am officially in Holiday mode... I went to get my hair done this morning, and ended up having her cut almost 3 inches off! lol Oh well, no more pony tails while working out. It will grow fast. So DH wanted to do some running around and suggested going to have a late lunch in South Austin at Quero's Taco Bar. Ok, this place is SO South Austin right off of South Congress. Needless to say I was a bad gurl. I had two shaken margaritas ( you sure don't get a lot, they are in tiny glasses w/too much ice! ). AND I didn't work out today!

We ended up going to Sam's to pick up meat to smoke tomorrow for the 4th. My DH loves to smoke pulled pork and we are doing some chickens and two salmons. Let me say that he has the most delicious recipe for smoke salmon. We have one of these vaccuum sealers and after we are done smoking I vaccuum seal everything in dinner size portions, and the salmon in lunch portions for moi!

So I have GOT to get on track fast.. I am going to work out tomorrow with intensity, and then head to my Mom's apartment pool to relax while he is getting the smoker ready.

I didn't get my packet in.. I didn't have time to get it on disk, but I'm doing it now.
