Bill, I'm glad things will be looking up for your wife & then your home conversations topo! Toxicity, what a waste!!!
Tina, you booger!!!J/K. Keep going strong my scale is back to 180.

Wow, just got back from a wonderful walk in a new part of our trails( New to me, but it's been there for years, I'm told). I am so blessed to have all these nature trails to explore. This one, the whole walk is along the river bank w/ old locs & remnants of train tracks. What a great part of history.Tomorrow, weather permitting, I'll be taking my camera.

Hi friends, I'm really struggling I need help.

I'm here, I'm with you but the negative thoughts and depression are overpowering me.
I have stuck to my workout plans for 2 1/2weeks now and I feel great after for about 30 minutes but then the clouds come back. I plan my meals, I stick to them mostly but I have the odd square of dark chocolate or something I shouldn't. I rationalize that it is a lifestyle and to just move on but then I'm mad at myself and I go all mopey. It sucks.

I want the happy, energetic fit me back but I wonder if I even have it in me anymore.

Cinderella had to first recognize that her problem wasn’t her evil step-mother. Her problem was that it was easier to hide out cleaning the house than it was to go out and find happiness … It took some very large ovaries for Cinderella to make a change, to trade in her scrub-brush for a fabulous pair of dancing shoes. But boy, was it worth it!

Ugh my stupid internet was turned off in error today and they said 2-4 hours that was 8 hours ago and its still not on - now they say within 24 hours. Talk about BAD timing...I leave at 5:55 in the morning and really needed to get a lot done today.

I'm so sorry I can't be on long, but wanted you to know what was up!

I'll be checking in throughout the trip!

Be good to yourselves and each other as the great Dave Matthews says!

This is what I just updated on my Profile page right after I put my 3 pics up for the SFTC...
UPDATE: (03/15/12)
As stated above I started working with Mellie and doing the 18 steps in January. I was put on Lipitor to lower my cholesterol ad started really eating right and exercising. I got results from my Doctor's office today and my Cholesterol went down 62 points overall and my LDL (bad cholesterol) went down 52 points. Not where I need to be overall but great PROGRESS and I am proud!!!! I will continue to make strides every day to better my health and the health and lives of others!!!!
