Good morning Everyone,
Yayyy it's Thursday and it has been a productive week as far as exercise, work and getting mentally focused. It's great to see the people that check in and prayers and positive thoughts to those who are focused in other directions Went to bootcamp this morning and had a good workout. I am weighing about 205 at the moment and have a goal of 175 in the next 12 weeks. I am really thinking of Transformation Camp alot this morning.....it would be awesome if we all could attend. I can see myself driving to Colorado and taking the long way ....and getting to Mexico....Santa Fe....in particular either going or coming back to Tulsa, Ok. I wonder if Bill has payment plans or scholarship opportunities.....or planning and saving for it is always good. It seems like it is important enough for all of us to find a way to get there. Reviewing Assignments 1,2,3 is amazing! The teaching is solid, that is for sure ! The test is continuing to apply what we know on a daily basis and facing the obstacles head on that distract us from our best. Until camp, m1 shake and supps m2 cheese stick /blueberries m3 lean beef, broc sal, ww slice bread m4 shake m5 grilled chick salad m6 yog/choc pudding Gratitude: ~to be as healthy as I am ~family , who are the loves of my life ~God and the many spiritual gifts.......love, awarenesses that come to me, the beauty of nature, music, animals, witnessing people restoring their lives and such ~the opportunity to work ~trust in the process that all things will work out for good All the best to all of you, Rhonda ~ |

Weird yesterday I couldnt get logged into transformation.com and thats why I didnt post....
Today been a good day, went to gym then to AA mtg..I almost outed myself as a compulsive overeater in an AA mtg...to funny....I've done that once before but I always catch myself..I go to alot of OA and AA meetings so it can be easy to mix them up,...lol lol....I'm just happy and grateful today as God is so good to me... gratitude List: 1- My AA buddy who was the chair today, I love her. 2- My sponsor who always gives me good information 3- My friend who is at Worldserivce confernece in CA for CEA-HOW. 4- The sun in Houston Exercise= 75 min elliptical Thurs MP B- Strawberry muffins made w/quinoa flakes, Oatbran, egg whites L- 4 oz ground sirloin, 2 cups raw cabbage, cauliflower, celery, tomato,2 tsp NO, no salt seas, ppr,8 oz sweet potato, cinnamon, water. D- 4 oz Chicken, 2 cups cooked mushrooms, asparagus, carrots, diced tomato. Braggs amino, pasta sauce, ppr, no salt seas, 1 cup Quinoa, water Metabolic- 1 cup greek yogurt, 6 oz apples. Hello all,
Looks like a quiet day around here. Good day today: This morning at the gym I did chest, shoulders and back. went back tonight for an hour of spinning. Following that up with a run tomorrow morning. Too much fun!!! Meals were good today. Kinda got off track with lunch but more than made up for it with spinning. Hi Dave, Greg and Jo,
Yeah Im wondering about the low involvement too.... Im thinking does someone know something that I don't ? I think it is about the camp participants having their own accountability groups and then some transitioning to facebook. let's go to camp, you guys !!!!! Have a great rest of the night, Rhonda |
