I Am

I am Two Bears. There is a struggle going on within me between two bears; both trying to win out. One, a grizzly: big, ferocious and strong. The other is kin to Winnie the Pooh; kind, considerate and cuddly. Which one will win? Must one win over the other? It’s a wonderment all right. Will 18 weeks be enough time to find out? Yes, that's really me in the picture, well, one of me anyway.

My Favorite Charity

Charity begins at home! I don't favor organized charities. I prefer to give from my hand to theirs when I see someone down on their luck. But if I were to give it would be to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

To me, Transformation Means

Becoming lean and fit again, in body and mind. The more fit I become the more confidence I gain which in turn inspires me to train harder and eat healthier, get fitter and feel better. Then it all starts over again. The transformation has to be the body, mind and soul in concert.

My Goals

At 6'4" I'm too fat for my clothes and more out of shape than in. I plan to loose yellow greasy fat and gain muscle by weight training, cycling and taking long walks in the desert next to my home. I want to LGN with a 36 inch waist, 19 inch arms with triceps that brush the corners of my house when I turn to close, shoulders like Bullwinkle the Moose, lats like Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Herculean abs, quads and hams like a triathlete, calves like Arnolds' implants, and glutes like,...well never mind!

My Intentions

Like my friend Karen, down at the credit union says; "I intend on developing a smaller waist and a bigger heart". I'm working on a healthier body and a keener mind. I intend on living a long, healthy and happy life. I intend on drinking a lot of water and eating very little sweets and chips. Oh, and I'm gonna floss more, lots more!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family and friends who would like to get fit. Twenty years ago I lost 105 pounds, became a triathlete, a body builder and at 42 re-enlisted in the Air Force Reserve. It inspired everyone who knew me. It happnes whether you want it to or not. It's a very powerful thing.
