Transformation means rethinking the old ways of doing things and stepping outside of the box and trying something new. Change will come when the mind, body and spirit are one.

My Goals

Lower my blood pressure and cholesterol level (Currenlty at 218). Get my BMI below 24% (currently at 28%). And change my attitude about life and start living.
