Hi Bill, I think what your doing is great! I really like this challenge because it's about giving to others. I spent most of my life working in positions that were related to my degree and pretty miserable. Finally, after hitting a big emotional bottom realizing I was killing my spirit working in jobs I really hated, I decided to become a Personal Trainer working with older adults. I absolutely love it. There's so much satisfaction in seeing someone get stronger and become more independent! I can't wait to get started with this transformation and become more connected spiritually and be the change you are inspiring us to be!

Bill thank you for helping me make a new journey with my husband. He is nearly 7000 miles away in Iraq, but I feel like we are one. If I can help inspire just one person, for just one day, I will have made a difference.

So I didn't take my own advice, didn't pace myself. We ate late and I crammed in as much as I could in a few hours. Let's just say, I am good for awhile! No unathorized cravings will be getting the best of me. Those carb overloads are brutal! Still, I have to say, my Thanksgiving day was AMAZING!!!! I couldn't have asked for it to go any different or any better!! I am truly, truly blessed! Thank you for your part in that!

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Making healthy changes across the board. Body & Soul. Overcoming fear and doubt with certainty and faith. Rising above the clutter of everyday life. Breaking free from the illusion that matter is all that counts. Beginning to live from your Heart and doing the work to grow along Spiritual lines. Living to give, to make a difference, holding nothing back. I'm writing a whole book about it to explain the rest. =)

My Goals

Right now, the personal transformation goal I’m focusing on is to be the change I want to see. Physcially healthy (188 lbs., 10% BF, 170 lbs lean mass). And Spiritually fit (giving more than I gain, unconditional kindness, strength through absolute faith, and compassion for everyone, no matter what).

My Intentions

The intention that inspires me most right now is to help transform America from worst to first in physical health and spiritual fitness, within 10 years.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

How about the President we elect 11/08.
