Giving Thanks

Giving Thanks- Thanksgiving has never been a particularly big family holiday around my house. For a variety of reasons no real traditions evolved around the day. The only special holiday dish was Mom's cranberry orange relish which was never a personal favorite. (Sorry Mom!) No secret turkey

To me, Transformation Means

Simply put, transformation means changing everything. It's the key to finding the life you are meant to lead. It's the process of chrysalis, dropping the outer shell to reveal the true inner strength.

My Goals

I've been sick for over a month! So my stamina and baseline are shot to heck. So for the next 2 weeks goals are- 1) Focus on clean nutrition that advances me towards long term vision 2) Three workouts a week. 3) Complete review work for my PT class

My Intentions

Continue to lead by example. Transformation doesn't happen for anyone in a day. Each day is a step forward in the process.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

You. If I can say something today that connects with you, if I can say something that helps you find a new way forward...then I've had a good day. I want you to achieve your dreams. Period.
