It is amazing to me that 51 days have gone by.  (Another time flies by post...)  I felt the need to come and write this morning before I go to work.  I have to I guess.  I have been lurking and reading here and there.  I really thought that this time would be different.

I Am

I am here to learn and get re-motivated. I need to get a grip. For the last time. (I think I wrote that about a year ago somewhere else...) I am a 47 year old mom who wants to be around for her son and future grandchildren. I don't want to be a fat old woman when I'm old. I want to be strong and healthy. Yes, I do. :)

To me, Transformation Means

Transforming into someone who loves themself a lot more. Transforming my head and stopping what I've done to myself for all this time.

To eat clean and get it together with what I need to do to make everything that we need be there.
