I decided to visit your profile after reading your favorite books. I am a resource specialist and I have three wonderful kids on my caseload who have aspergers and one who is autistic. It has been a journey for me learning more in depth and fighting the battle for them in the public school setting. These kids inspire me. My favorite charity is also Autism Speaks. I have signed up for a walk a thon in November and one of my BFL goals is to raise $1000 dollars for the walk. Your youngest is blessed to have you as a parent - I continue to learn what a journey it is for the parents of autistic children and always love to receive input. Please visit my place anytime! Have a great day.

Take back your power for YOU! It is too important that you be the best YOU possible for yourself first and then that flows into all areas of your life. I wish you great success in meeting your goals! I know you can do it!

I Am

I am the 44 year old mother of 4. My oldest is 21 and my youngest starts kindergarten this fall. Much of the last 5 years of my life have been focused on my youngest son, who was diagnosed with Autism 2.5 years ago. Acutually, even before that I have always been my kids biggest advocate. I'm starting to realize that I need to be as big an advocate for myself...my health, happiness and spiritual well-being.

My Favorite Charity

Autism Speaks

To me, Transformation Means

Empowerment because I've spent my entire life giving my power away to others.

MusicPlaylist

My Goals

My Intentions

To be a Tigger, not an Eeyore!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children, my husband and anyone who needs it.
