Things are good here. I got sick also...it was for two weeks. I just kept thinking I would get better, so I didn't go to the doctor. Finally, I got better. My workouts and diet suffered during that time, but I just got right back into it, because that's the only thing I could do to try to stay on track. It bothered me at the time, but it's just a distant memory now. In the past, setbacks led me to slacking off, but now, I don't let setbacks hold me back. It can be frustrating, but the sooner I get back on track, the better. Talk to you soon - Rich
