To me, Transformation Means

When I say to my self after a holiday "You know, it was all fun but... I can't wait to get back to clean eating and working out again!" True transformation is reaching that point where what used to be "normal" - eating poorly and sitting on the couch - suddenly feels unnatural. When you realize that the things you used to dread the most (eating right and exercising) become the things you can't imagine living without, you’ve made a true transformation - one that absolutely no one can take away.

My Goals

I WILL change my Physical health to 185 lbs., 15 lbs of fat body weight, 170 lbs lean body weight by Christmas! I will always remember where I came from, but never go back. My public speaking skills will be developed. My plans for more traveling and writing a book will also be developed. I see me helping a lot more people and being grateful for the opportunity to do so.

My Intentions

To get to a waist size of 34 for my all my pants. To continue in becoming the best husband, father and community supporter that I can be. I intend to keep learning about who I am, why I am here and where I am going.
