Transitioning before the next 18 weeks
My next start date is Monday November the 3rd. Since the completion of T-1 I have been still working out. I have been doing my ubwo that Dianne suggested and they are awesome. i also did a spin class tonight. New instructor, new pain. Just trying to work on cleaning up the eats.

It was a special time at the marathon, I wish you could have been there too!! By the way it was some major road trip 4,000 miles in 2 weeks. I'm flying next time I swear!!!
