Thia,

Your insightful video today truly hit home emotionally. After viewing it, the song by Roy Ayers called "searching" brought back some really positive memories. Today's video you've created and the song by Ayers are congruent in discovering our strengths we thought we never had. I appreciate your videos very much Thia, and value them dearly. Please know that I will be viewing on a regular basis =)

Thank you for keeping us motivated to succeed =)

Thanks for this reading Thia! I read this chapter yesterday as I was working out. I like hearing it with inflection today: ) This is so true. Creativity takes a spark, whether it is writing, drawing, thinking of clever solutions or just living...and enthusiasm can be that spark.

Thanks again Thia...and congratulations on the job. You are definitely a good fit and I couldn't be any happier for you.

Creativity also bring out the best in everyone, when we use it in positive ways by means of sharing inspiration among one another =)

I am back! It was better than I could have ever dreamed possible. I ran and did really well, my son did better...which is good. I got to see what my son is doing and it is absolutely amazing.

Thank you for you well wishes Shawn and thanks for praying for my Dad Thia. He had the stroke while I was in Belfast and I didn't find out about it until after the run on Sunday....then they waited until I got home to tell me how bad it was...but he is one life loving guy and he is doing well.

I love chapter 8...Live With Enthusiasm. I thought it was interesting that it said that it does not matter what you choose to do to utilize your creativity...it is important that it is significant to you. That is why I think chapter (step) 5 is so important in Bill's book, if we know what our purpose is and think about what floats our boat...we will be guided to use our creativity in a more worthwhile (to us) endeavor.

I also think that living with apathy is what got me here 2 years ago...so I do enthusiastically embrace my life now. My son and I were talking last week and he said that he is too competitive, he is driven to push himself to far and too hard sometimes and compete and do more. I told him that I am just learning to not allow myself to give up or bow out of hard things so easily. I normally spend the first 2 miles of a run telling myself to give up and quit running....I am still listening but not allowing myself to quit. I guess I am still working on accepting things that I have not embraced with enthusiasm. It is funny...as much as I dislike running, I won't quit. I embrace the goal with enthusiasm and the finish with enthusiasm...lol...it is the work that I need to embrace. I will have to use my creativity to solve that problem.

One thing that makes me especially satisfied is creative problem solving. Doing things that everyone else says can't be done.

Thanks again Thia!

Cathy,

I am praying for your dad that he will completely overcome the woes of feeling the aftermath of the stroke. Before my grandmother died at age 86 3 years ago, she lived through 2 strokes, and was paralyzed for life, confined to a wheelchair. When I did some research online silently to see if strokes are reverseable, I came to find out they can be mostly reversed. It's all in nutrient absorbtion, diet, and recalibrating the body, in taking in live enzymes, vitamins, and mostly raw foods. And, adequate sleep is also a contributing factor in potentially repairing the body from stroke as well. Have you searched anything in Google to see natural methods you can potentially employ on your dad, in possibly fixing the stroke?

Thanks Shawn, I did not know that about nutrition, it does make sense. It seems like many diseases can be positively effected with raw foods. I truly appreciate the prayers, they work.

It is great to see you Cathy! So sorry to hear about your dad, positive thoughts to the whole family. Glad you had a great run and time with your son, that rocks.

Following our natural gifts, creativity and inclinations does lead to living our bliss! Im all for that

I know when Im on a long walk/run the first 2 miles seem to be the hardest but pushing through, determination, perseverance and it truly does seem to get easier as time goes on ----- seems to a metaphor for my life lol.....

Im glad you are feeling well.

Anytime my friend. Hopefully, if I can get my own place sometime in the next few months, I can have a little more piece of mind, and concentrate more on creating valuable raw food nutrition content for everyone on T.com to enjoy in their EFL journey. I love EFL and everything it's about. And, raw food juicing too =)

Hi guys, Im here, Im going to type out the rest of section 8 on living with enthusiam and the read the 'diet part' Then we will move on to section 9

Section 8:3-7

Creative Activities

There are limitless possibilities for creative endeavor. Some people find it in music, painting, or writing. Others discover an outlet for the satisfation of this Divine urge in gardening, cooking, sewing, and do-it-yourself projects. Very often it is found in normal gainful occupations. Even in what appear to be boring routine tasks there can be discovered an approach to them that permists of a feeling of some kind of creative endeavor. Oddly enough, although compensation may be involved, it seems to have no relationship to the satisfaction derived from being able to express in a purposeful way. Creative you must be. In this respect even the high-salaried corporation president could have less joy in living than the hungry aspiring poet.

Learn to be creative

You have a lot to give to yourself and others. As a unique expression of God no one else can contribute what you can. It is up to you to let yourself be all that you can be in your activities. If you are gainfully employed you must in some way regard your work as a constructive, purposeful activity. If you do not you are on mediocre value to your employer and doing yourself a damaging injustice. If you are bored it is because you are not active. Life is never bored, It is always active. You can decide to be active and express Life any time you want to. A passive existence, just sitting and watching the world go by, needs to be changed. There needs to be an outflow from you to the world about you. There needs to be a giving of what you are.

Your Resources.

Re-evaluate yourself. Recognize your resources which ever lie ready to be tapped. Instead of minimizing your present abilities, develop them, for then you open the dorr for the discovery and use the latent ones which reside at the center of your being. Regardless of how creative you may now be, there is always the continual challenge to use the greater potential that is ever available to you. There is always the more that can be done, that needs to be done, and that you can do providing you do not limit your experience of the flow of creativity from the One Source of all things.

Im going to read the following sections!
