Michael. Yes! I absolutely believe that what we are focusing our attention on is what we create in our reality. God created us in the image and likeness. What is God? A creator. So this just makes sense to me to realize that we have that free will to create what we choose, how much more loving can God, Universal Power be? We get to choose, we really truly do! How magnificent is that! Talk about empowering. I really enjoyed the gratitude challenge Michael. I do have alot going on at the moment but maybe sometime in the future I can come by again. Thank you for putting that on.


So True Cathy, when we recognize just how abundant we truly are in all areas, our eyes are open to reality and as we experience hearts with Gratitude then we truly do experience abundance in all ways. We truly dont have to take in this world and when we open our hearts to being kind, generous and giving, we experience all the goodness that life has to offer. Thanks for sharing this journey with me I am truly grateful.

"expand my thinking". Each day I wake up, I try my best on my own to do so. Sometimes, I feel I am ok with it. Other occasions, I feel dependent. Shawn. Thank you for sharing. A life of abundance is so much more than money. Money is just energy. Everything in life is just energy. We truly only need to focus on everything we have with gratitude and know and trust God to provide all our needs; as the bible says "even the birds are cared for" (paraphrasing here..lol) so we need not worry about being fed, clothed and having our needs met. When we let go of the attachment to having things, including money and just apply faith, trust and focus on giving forth from within, we truly are cared for in all ways. What we worry about we bring about. Therefore, it is vital to release the worry thoughts and appy trust and faith. The Divine Source within us does guide us to the truth, we only need listen and open our eyes. Rock on Shawn.

Very true Thia. Our faith holds so much more weight than the materialistic things of the world. Relying on God, and how we keep moving forward in our adversity contributes to our spiritual strength. It's amazing how faith can propel us to places in life never imagined. When we view the bigger picture, our adversity matures us to spiritual opportunity =)

I was really excited as I read this chapter. Then again it caused me to do some thinking because my struggles with my sense of entitlement seems to go against this thought. The thing is that they are 2 separate things. A sense of entitlement is more to do with what I do with what I put out in the world...not what I have or produce. The sense of entitlement is a low moral thing that conflicts with putting good back out into the world and has more to do with taking it away from myself and my surroundings. Removing limitations allows us to produce unlimited good for ourselves and everyone else. I believe that if we get out of the way we can do anything.

Shawn, you have so much potential and if you focus it in the right places you are going to explode with wondrous deeds and happiness. I keep seeing your posts and it sounds like you are struggling. Focus on your progress now and keep at it...you are going to be fine. If I can help, I am here.

Thia, as I listened to you speak after the reading, I thought how much you have developed over the last couple of years. I can't wait to see you in 2 more years!

I do struggle, and it is very often. Being honest with others is about openly being honest with myself. Just going through the mental trenches and dealing with life. It teaches humility and sustainability in many ways. Please pray for me =)

Reading 7/8

You made very good points Thia. You are not your trouble, illness or worry. They are a part of your life but they are not your life. Because we have a disease or a financial problem or social problem does not mean that we are the disease....etc. An abundant, joyful and full life is ours as long as we accept it in spite of any challenges we may currently have in our life.

"Today I live the abundant life. Mentally and emotionally I know that the action of infinite intelligence now creates in my experience those things which correspond to my conviction that my every good need is filled."

Today I will apply this idea to these aspects of my thoughts and actions.
I will work hard toward the things I think are important, knowing that the outcome will provide me what I need...one way or another. I will also enjoy every minute of my life, knowing that this is where I am supposed to be now.

My particular problem, condition, or situation which it can be used to correct is:
Right now I am working on reaching my final weight goal. I am working on giving as much back to the world as I possibly can. If I keep doing the work, I know that everything will be as it should be and the results will be more abundant than I can plan on my own.

Cathy, great job applying those weekly questions. I just realized I stopped posting them after I started doing videos instead of writing. I like how you are really working this mental diet. Fantastic.


I have to add you've taken to these teachings and lessons like a fish to water girl! Im glad you love them, I love them too.

PS Cathy. I loved that post of Valeries! Absolutely along these lines...for sure...there is so much of this teaching out in society and it grows and grows, we seem to be attracted to empowerment and positivity. There is hope for this world, Cathy, I truly believe it, when we all come into alignment with the GOOD which is God that is within us there definitely will be a tipping point, 100th monkey and positive ripple affect on the world.


Lets just continue forth being the change we want to see.

OHHHH...I missed all this: ) I was waiting between dropping Kora at school yesterday and mass...and I read this chapter while I was waiting. A good time to read it because it gave me some empty time to reflect on it too.

This all goes back to Chapter 10?...We get what we focus on. If we expect to fail we surely will. There was a post yesterday...and I saw you there too Thia...and all of the words you have that default when you post..."watch your....."

There is a song on my ipod....the children sing it and sometimes it sounds a little creepy...but it is true..."be careful little eyes what you see...be careful little ears what you hear..." ANYWAY...I am going to be careful that my little eyes and ears are focusing on what they should be ...instead of taking me into places that are dark and lonely.

I am especially aware of this now, as there are some people who are intent to live in misery and as I watch them I remember that it is really only a thought away.

I am a big dreamer and I believe that I can make a difference. I was thinking that maybe this is one thing that has changed for the negative while I have been in transformation. I quit thinking so big and do not always believe that I can do everything that I dream up. I am not sure if it is because I am dreaming bigger or if I am not as sure of myself. It could just be that I am getting so many ideas that I do not allow myself time to settle on one and follow it through? Maybe I should add that to my daily blog ...my ideas and then make it cumulative...so I don't lose them...and then hold myself accountable to follow them through.

Thia, I love this teeny weeny group and all of your positive energy you bring to it. Thank you!

Dreaming big and adding belief in ourselves is amazing, reminds me of the speakers that Bill brings and even Bill himself. There is no dream too big, I say keep dreaming Cathy, you truly can accomplish anything.

MCG is here! Been a very low energy week. Looking for a jobby job, low energy levels, and my body shut down on me last night. Ended up falling asleep, before TTR. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating and it was after 2am. I could've kicked myself in da toosh, for missing TTR. Darn it...lol (smile)
