Hey guys,

Sorry for being away, I have been crazy busy with so much that I am trying to sort it all out! I am so glad it's Friday!! i am glad to see everyone is doing well, I am looking forward to meeting everyone soon. I am stuck at 54 pounds so far and trying to push through but I am grateful for my progress so far and I need to slow down and appreciate that.

I am looking forward to the weekend, yard work (yuck) but trying to fit in some fun too. I am really excited to hopefully be at my goal by the time Denver rolls around in October.

Hey Everyone!

Hey Guys!

Just wanted to say hello, sorry for being hard to reach, I have been running a million miles an hour this last week but now it's Saturday and I am having a good day. I hope we get a chance to all meet, I really want to say hello to everyone. Went to the gym this morning had a good workout but I am fighting for every pound right now but thats ok with me, keep me motivated!

This community is the best think I have done in years what a blessing!

Ok good Minnesota people, I hope you all have a great weekend!!

Busy couple of days for me :<)

Got a great cardio and arms workout today.
Finished cleaning the pool - probably a month away from swimming though - too cold and I ain't turning on the heater this early!

That sounds like a fun hike Janelle - I'll have to check my schedule but if I am free that weekend I would go :<)

Tomorrow I start an 8 week mini challenge within my challenge over at the BFLspirit.

Hi Everbody! I hope you are having a great weekend!

Janelle...thanks for the invite. I'm not sure if I will be able to make it but it sounds like fun!

Paul...nice you had the day off of work and that you got a lot done! It's fun to get your pool cleaned so you are ready to play in the water (ha)!

Steve...Great job for you losing the 54 lbs. Your body is just going through an adjustment period and I'm sure you will see positive changes again soon!

I went to the health club this morning and did an upper-body workout and then I went for a 20-mile bike ride this morning! This is the first time I rode my bike this year so I was happy I made it the 20 miles without feeling really challenged by it. I know I need to build up my tolerance at the beginning of the season because I haven't rode bike since last year...so I was very Excited to be outdoors and I had a great ride!
