Nex Gen Family 11.23.11
Morning!!!!
I was excited this morning to get on the scale and finally drop the 3 pounds I gained over a week ago! Yay!!! Today is going to be pie baking day for me. Mixed with some cardio and then hitting the gym tonight for my leg work out. Hope everyone has a great day!!! and if you're traveling, travel safe!!! ~Tina |

Morning!
made it to cardio this morning! Felt good to get there super early and get a good workout in! Will do abs in a bit. my plan for the day - is not so planned... m1 - cheerios and skim milk m2 - special K crisp bar m3 - ?? m4 - cliff bar m5 - If i have the energy - homemade chicken cordeon bleu w/ veggies Tina - great job on the 3 lbs! What kind of pies are you baking today? My husband is making a buttermilk pie .. soooo good. I'm only allowing myself a very smal piece tomorrow! i'll check back in later! Amie |

Today is leg day! Low weight high reps M1- 2 eggs and spinach M2- Protein Shake M3- Tuna and Spinach w/dressing M4- Protein Shake M5- Chicken Fajitas M6- Protein Shake Gallon o-water.
