Hello New Jersey Transformers

I have been communicating with a few other transformers from New Jersey about getting a summer get together planned for some time in July or August. Right now I'm just trying to get an idea on how many people would like to be part of this and also to get some ideas as to what we can do. Dinner is always a nice option but I figured since it will be summer that we should try to plan something that will be outside and somewhere fun. An amusement park, or something along the lines of that but like I said, dinner would also be nice too. There are a lot of places where we could eat outside. So far I know Mary (Lucysmom), Yoly (Ikigai), Mike (Mike2755) are all interested. I'm sure John (Johnnyboy) would also be interested. Our wonderful Diane is busy doing her bike across America and I'm sure will attend if she is able to. So please let me know if you are interested in participating and also if you have some ideas to throw my way. Look forward to hearing from everyone. Have a great day! ~Shannon

Thank you Shannon for initiating this! I see that you got me on your list. Summer definitely is perfect time for something outside. Although in reality what matters is to have the opportunity to meet with other energized Transformers and have relaxed fun.

I am from Manhattan but would love to meet you all if I could get there by public trans - train or bus. Let me know.

Hi, Ellen. We would LOVE to have you join us for our get together. You can definitely take the train or bus in. Once we figure out where were going to meet up, I will let you know so you know what train or bus to take. I'm thinking some time the end of July or August. Hopefully this weather will start being nice...this rain is such a downer. ~Shannon
