Wasting your time! This site is dead!

Hello there! If you are reading this I wanted to let you know that this site is closed. Even the creator left it.
I wanted to share w/ you my experience so you don't fall in the same trap. I 'm excited for your personal growth to soar from day one.
When choosing a group you will want to choose one that has the knowledge for change. Though newbie groups are a great social arena they are not geared for change. By this I mean, I spent my first month or so in this newbies group & it was totally wasted. None of us newbies knew what to eat, how to exercise or anything. We didn't have a clue b/c we were all NEW!
We were a great pack of friends & cheerleaders, but soon realised we needed more than what we were getting. I couldn't agree more that friendships & cheerleading are a big part of the inner healing process, but it's not the total package. Personally I came here to LEARN & fix my 54 yrs. of abuse to my body.
My friends & I chose to move forward in some of the champions groups. There are many other groups that have well versed leaders. People who have been on here for awhile & have lot's of knowledge to share.
Of course the choice is yours. My intentions are pure in trying to point you in the right direction. Maybe some people are fit & only need the personal inner healing through friendship & cheerleading. Me? I needed the whole package. I am doing wonderful now, how about you?
If I can be of service to you, please don't hesitate to ask. Sherri :-)

Hello! I am fairly new to transformation and it's been a while since I've been on the site. I wanted to share a very valuable resource with anyone who is interested in additional ways to improve their health. You can visit my website by clicking on Earthing Sheets, which will bring you to my site about Earthing. I think this will be helpful for a lot of people.

Hi Sherri. Thanks for your post....initially, I wasn't sure where you were going with your message title, but I get what you are saying. Totally relate to your signature about fear - that has totally resonated for me in going through and reading Bill's book and getting to the root of why I haven't gotten back on the wagon, etc....good stuff. thanks for the tip. I have to get my step 4 finished, so I guess I have to go find some groups to join!

I think what she means is this sub-forum not the site, if anything the site is IT. Even for a "newbie" this is not a good reason to sit there and wait for things to happen. If a group gets together they could have type of roundtable, get together, either online or geographically and determine what they want to accomplish and then storm out the ways they could use to get it done. Now a days, no one is new bie, I personally hate that word it is soo stupid. Beside the internet is one's friend no matter how little they think they know about this or about that. I used to go to atheist sites and the guys there are so learned, someone says something, I google it, within secs, I have a line up of first hand information, I go back there to continue my discussion and suddenly now I am pro . No, just kidding, I occasionally did to just clarify a point for example.

So Sandrany, just jump in the pool, do not be afraid to screw up. Like Anthony Robbins said once: "if you screw up, then screw up Biiig!" LOL. He was talking about the same thing: peak performance. Ask some of the guys or girls who have been there already if they can take you under their wing and help you take your first steps. I've worked out my entire life, if you have any question do not hesitate to ask me.

We all were newbies at one time. It is great you are here. Transformation is a place to get and give support with NO negativity. If you here then your in the right place to make positive changes in your life and health. I am much more healthy and have more joy in my life. This program works, Being with positive people who have the same goals will help support you in your journey to better health. When I first started a champion named Leslie gave me some of the best advice and it was get connected and stay connected, It has helped me so much. There is so much great information on the site take a moment to check our all of Bills wonderful tools. If I can help in any way let me know. At age 51 I have I lost over 50 lbs and 58 inches, went from a size 16/18 to a 2/4 and more important got my joy and focus back. Transformation works!! What better time then now to start changing your mindset, habits and out look for 2012. The new summer challenge is a wonderful way to reach your goals. Who knows you could win 5.000 dollars and a trip to Colorado to transformation camp. If you are looking for a group to help support you in your challenge check out the summer challenge support groups under the group tab at the top. I have a challenge group that has all sorts of folks in it from stay at home dads to farmers wives and even military. The group rocks and keeps me motivated and accountable. Group support is key to this process. We have fun and focus on progress not perfection. Find a group that fits you and make like a postage stamp and stick to one thing till you get where your going!!!
