Pencil in February 13th for the next North Texans and friends meeting. I will update with location. The time will be our traditional 5 p.m. This will have us 6 weeks into our New Challenge and 1 month before the big event in Dallas.

It is a regional conference - Bill had a big on in Denver. The next conference is in Dallas March 11-14. The 14th is the inaugural Rock and Roll Half in Dallas. Many of the gang are training either walking or running the Half. Bill and the gang will all be in Dallas in March. It will be awesome.

Where in Dallas do you live? I am in Lewisville and work in both Grapevine and Carrollton.

I live in University Park and work at Fitzhugh and 75 near downtown Dallas.

I would enjoy meeting up with some fellow Transformers on Saturday mornings for a run/jog/power walk followed by coffee and fellowship. Are there any groups like that in the area?

I have also marked my calendar for March 11-14.

That is a great idea Jack - I am more of a walker not a runner my hubby is the jogger! He will be doing the R & R Half

I am coming to the February event.

I will need some directions. I will come into DFW from the West on the interstate. I will being going to Cabelas earlier in the day and will be on that side of town. Could you please give me the location and a basic idea of how to get there?

You might want to hit Mapquest for the best route - Spring Creek is near 35E and Cabela's is 35W The simplest way is take 1171 over but the fastest way might be 114.
