My daughter told us that when she was wallking looking for a book for her mom (me)that helped her to change ,the book "Body for Life " fell down in front of her,I believe it was a sign for God because Body-for-Life book changed my life for good and even I didn't make the transformation I still hanging on here..

I just noticed that this post from last year resurfaced. Reading it all again brought so much back for me. Things in my life are so much more positive and beautiful and I feel and appreciate my blessings every day, but it does remind me that messages will come to us from all different things. My life was in a state of live or die....what are you going to choose? Thank God I was given the messages I was and I chose to LIVE. If you are struggling, please, stop to listen. The messages are there, be open to them and they will guide you.

When we seem like we are on our last leg, that's when GOD steps right on in, because HE knows everything before it happens. This is how he is able to step in "right on time" :-)

I love to be reminded of why we are here...and not to get self-absorbed. God has a plan for each one of us that is different and unique. I want to life each day to the fullest. These notes are truly encouraging and helps to get back on track and run the race! Thank you!
