Transformation Event

Healthy dinner Potluck & Sharing Circle

Friday June 22nd
5pm to 9pm
Corner of 49th Ave NE & NE 55th Street. Seattle, WA 98105 - at my home!
Bring a main course for you and something healthy to share. Feel free to use my kitchen/grill for those coming from out of town. Family members and friends are more than welcome!

Seattle Rock n'Roll 1/2 Marathon

Saturday June 23rd
Seattle Center - 7am [*new course this year so start and finish are at the space needle!]
Even if you don't want to run or walk you can still sign up below to COME Cheer other Transformer along the Route! Bring the entire family.. mine will be there! WE will have FULL and 1/2 marathon walk/runners so don't be shy, What do you have to lose by trying?

Saturday June 23rd
1-5pm after the marathon
Head back to our home for some time to celebrate with one another and relax after the race! OR if you are not running/walking, come and spend time with friends!

NEW** Boat Ride/Tour around Lake Washington

Saturday June 23rd

4-7:30pm – Leave from our home to carpool to the dock in our neighborhood.

Since we have a few visiting from out of town I thought it would be nice to enjoy a cruise around the lake for those who are able to join us. We will bring left over picnic food to enjoy.PLEASE RSVP for the ride so I know how much water, etc to bring! **Please Note, you do need to be able to climb up a short ladder to get on and off the boat from the dock nearby our home. My apologies if this excludes anyone from joining us at this event only. We have life jackets for all but it is a larger boat so won’t need them while under way unless you prefer to wear one!

Can't wait to meet you.. new and old friends.

HERE IS THE LINK TO THE NEW SEATTLE

1/2 AND FULL MARATHON COURSE!!

It still goes along the water but starts and finishes at the Seattle Center so no more drivers needed early am to get us to the start lines. Just get there and enjoy the race and head back to our home for a bbq and to celebrate!!!!

So looking forward to this with you all!

They just revealed the medal we will earn from crossing that line in Seattle on 6/23. Since this year it will start and finish at the space needle AND it is the 50th Anniversary of the Seattle World's Fair - when the Space Needle was built... it is fitting to have it on the medal.
Can't wait to see you all.
