I am a little confused by the challenge. At the end of the challenge I am to send photos and my essay. Is there a format or form that I need to submit? I know when Bill was promoting Body-For-Life, there was a downloadable form that I would have completed at the end of my challenge and submitted back along with the before and after photos. Thanks!

HI Sheila-
If you look at your profile page, on the right side there is a "dashboard" that says what step you are on. Yours should say step one, click on that and it will take you to the first assignment.
After you fill it out, it will send you an email with a pdf that you can save and print out later to mail in.

Go after it, it's yours!

Sheila. Like Rise says if you wish to keep a copy of your assignments you can do that.

For the challenge per Bill's request in the Spring Forward, all you have to do is keep your before photos and after photos in your profile gallery and then use your blog for your essay and the Transformation Team will request a link to your profile and information at the end of the challenge, you will be informed of each step through your email as you move through the journey. Take your pics keep them in your gallery, do the work and at the end take your after pics put them in the gallery, do the essay in your blog and you'll get an email telling you where to put them :=). Hope that helps.

Wait a 12 week challenge in a 18 week program???
Well I am doing the program, started April 30th, so a bit to late for last day, but not gonna sit around waiting for another one coming. The time to start is always, right now.

Hi Johnny,
It's 18 Steps. It doesn't mean 18 weeks. The 18 Steps can easily be accomplished in 12 weeks. Great job not waiting for a new "official" challenge to start. Document all your progress now and when a new challenge does begin, jump in. Bill will surely look at your overall Transformation and not discount the work you did before the challenge began.

An update:
shortly after I thought I was in, my then new job was illegally taken away from me. I didn't bother going to court, I just started looking for another. I found one. So I plan on using threadmill since I cannot afford weight lift equip though I'd love to. For some of us, it is neither the will nor the attitude or aptitude but the social oppression they are constantly enduring.

Okay, I am curious to know if there will be a fall 2012 challenge. I started today but did not know if I am supposed to be signing up for anything else.

So...What's a Challenge? I just thought that we were supposed to sign up and go through the steps on our own. Am I missing something important here?

I started this week on my own. I'm on step 3.

Does anyone know if there's another challenge before the end of this year? It's really not going to stop me from beginning, but the competitive spirit is always a great motivator.

Just curious.
