Day 2 week 6

My week has started just great. it feels so good to be back at the gym!
Cant belive I couldnt hardly walk just 7 weeks ago. I feel like a whole new me. Im starting to feel how the best of me would feel. I keep reading old assignments and I found a video that i made a few weeks ago. I keep smiling when I watch it. I will try to post it here tomorrow. Now Im at another computer at its not avalible from here.

Today I ate:
M1 Shake
M2 shake
m3 shake
M4 avokado, carrots and a bar
M5 a bar and more carrots
M6 chicken, brown rice and vegetables

I did UBWO at the gym with my sister and will continue tomorrow. Tha time was short today.
I had a wonderful time at the scoutmeeting and the kids enyojed it too.
Now Im off to bed! Its past midnight here.

Good morning!

I made it to the gym in the morning! YES!
It made me so happy to meet my sister there and we had a wonderful workout!
Did 20 HIIT on the Crosstrainer!
I´m proud of myself and it was a great start of the day!

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 Rice Salmon Veggies
M3 Myoplex Diet Shake
M4 Potaoes chicken Sallad
M5 Myoplex Diet Shake
M6 Cottagecheese and yoghurt
Water, water, water

Exercise before work at gym:
20 min HIIT on the Crosstrainer. (Done!)

Good Evening
It was really great at the gym and this is what I ate today:

M4 Fruit and nuts
M5 shrimps and risotto
M6 Fruit and yoghurt

I did pass 10000steps today and I didnt smoke!

Thursday

Good morning sunshine!
I walked 1000 steps before breakfast. It was just a short walk around the block, but it gave me a lot of energy!
My mealplan for today is
M1 oatmeal with nuts
M2 a shake after LBWO
M3 tuna sallad
M4 fruit and nuts
M5 lentilssoup
M6 soyghurt and fruit

And the workout today is going to be great Im doing LBWO at 10 and then I dont have any stress and I will enjoy the sauna for as long as I wish.

Good morning!

Day 39
Today I have beautiful weather. it´s cold but a clear blue sky.
I was on a 45 min long walk along the riverside on my lunchbreak. Didn´t want to go inside : )

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 Myoplex Diet Shake
M3 Omelette veggies sallad and cottagecheese
M4 Myoplex Diet Shake
M5 Shrimp risotto veggies
M6 Cottagecheese, blue- and goiji berrries

Exercise after work at gym:
A BFL Lower Body Work Out and 10 min cardio

The exercise was 20min hiit and a walk in the afternoon

M5 lovely dinner at home, I think it will be a lentilsoup :-)

The exercise will be UBWO and it will be just great!

I have planed all my exercise for next week so it suits my workingschedule
Monday: Cardio 20 min HIIT
Thuseday: LBWO
Wednesday: Cardio 20 min HIIT
Thursday: Free day
Friday: UBWO
Saturday: Cardio 20 min HIIT
Sunday: LBWO

Day 44
It is snowing again!

Today we have "Fettisdagen"= Fat Tuesday, in Sweden! That is a day when everyone is having a "Semla" ~ cinamonroll with almondscream and alot of whippedcream.


Not me!
I am thinking about buying some for the children...

17 and 18 feb

Wednesday and thursday
My mealplan for today was:
M1 A shake
M2 oatmeal, nuts, fruit, protein and oatmilk
M3 fruitsallad with icecream
M4 lentilsoup
M5 fruit and nuts
M6 a shake

It was a litlle to many fruits, but it was the best I could do today.
Yesterday is the past, tomorrow is the future and today is a gift :-) present!

The workout was 20 min HIIT and it was wonderful

And thursday is my free day :-)

Day 46

Was my freeday this week.
This is what I had.

M1 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 MRP Bar, Tea (needed to get warm)
M3 Chicken Pasta Sallad Whitebread, at a café
M4 MRP Bar, Tea
M5 Peacan nuts, in the car
M6 Taco buffé at home, with alot of veggies, hot salsa, groundedbeef and nachos

I had water all day! About 4 litres.

No workout.

I spend all day with my oldest son David at a Icehockeycamp. Freezing.
But is was worth it. I enjoyed whatching him train and we got to spend alot of time talking while travelling.
It was a good day!

Good Morning and Happy Friday!

Yesterday was my freeday so it feels good to get back to gym today!

I feel that I am totaly off the sugar cravings! Don´t have them at all anymore! Yeah!
I am struggling with overeating, with everyting I start to eat.
I find that I need to avoid eating fruits, they trigger me to eat more.
I am starting to learn more and more about how my body reacts to the food I eat.

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 Myoplex Diet Shake
M3 Chickenwok Rice Sallad
M4 Myoplex Diet Shake
M5 Chickenbreast pasta Sallad

Day 50

Good Monday Morning!

It is becoming a habit!

It means * happiness * joy * love *
I am so happy I can perform a strong morning HIIT!
I am so glad I have people supporting me living healthy.
I love all of my transformation friends and feel love for myself and everyone else in my life!

M5 a stew I have at work. Its a lentil and quinoa stew I did many portions of and store in the fridge there. I put in fresh vegetables when I warm it up.
M6 sojgurt with fruit or berries

20 min HIIT in the morning with my wonderful sister!!!
