Exercise and Nutrition

Hello!

This is my first day of this Challenge.
It has started out really well with a great breakfast.

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Oatmeal, Blueberries, Skim milk, 4 boiled eggwhites, vitamins & fishoil
M2 Myoplex Diet Shake
M3 Omelette w ham and veggies
M4 Myoplex Diet Shake
M5 Lentilsoup
M6 Cottagechesse and yoghurt

Exercise after work at gym:
30 min cardio on Crosstrainer.

Hello!
I started out well too with a great breakfast, than i think i missed meal 2 and had a less good meal 3, but meal 4 was a good sandwish and meal 5 was great.
I exercised by talking a walk in the forest for 25 minutes and it was what I could do today. I have also taken my vitamins and a lot of water.
And I found the camera, so hopefully someone will help me to take my pitcure tomorrow.
Best of all is that this is the first day and now it only can get better :-)

I followed my mealplan except that I had a cheesesandwish before bed!
My children was eating and without thinking I had one too!

Hi team!

This is my day 2 of this Challenge.
I overslept again! Thinking maybe I am avoiding morning exercise?
Didn´t have time for breakfast so I made a wholegrain sandwich w ham that I had at work with water.

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Ham sandwich, apple, vitamins & fishoil
M2 Myoplex Diet Shake
M3 Omelette w ham and veggies
M4 Myoplex Diet Shake
M5 TBD (to be decided)
M6 Cottagechesse and yoghurt

Exercise after work at gym:
Cardio on Crosstrainer, I think I will try to do 20 min HIIT.

Day 3!

Was a holiday in Sweden so I did not go to work : )
I spent the day with my youngest at a soccer tournament.
He was a fighter! It was so much fun watching the 6-year olds play.
And I enjoyed spending time with him alone.

This is what I had:
M1 Oatmeal, blueberries, skimmilk, 4 egg whites. vitamins & fishoil
M2 Apple, water
M3 Proteinbar, water, apple
M4 Omelette w ham and veggies
M5 Potatoes, ham, broccoli

Exercise a walk in the cold. We had -12 degees!

Wow, already day 4!

It has started out well with a great breakfast, lunch and a COLD 30 min walk in the sun.

This is todays mealplan:
M1 Oatmeal, Blueberries, Skim milk, 4 boiled eggwhites, vitamins & fishoil
M2 Lentils and chickpea soup
M3 Myoplex Diet Shake
M4 Pasta, chickenbreast, sallad
M5 Cottagecheese and yoghurt

Yes its already day 4!
You are fantastic!
I have followed my mealplan today too and I feel great!
Meal 1 was my regular breakfast
Meal 2 I had a fruit and some nuts
Meal 3 Was a vegetable soup with ham
Meal 4 My leftover panncake
Meal 5 A meat and vegetables stew with rice
Mal 6 Cottagecheese with a citrusfruit

I took two shorter walks because of the coldweather.
My body was a bit sore from all the showeling yesterday

Im happy to be in this group and in the challange

Great foodchoices! Makes me wonder why have we not always eaten like this?

Day 5

I feel better and better : )
Yesterday I drank my water all day. Could not have enough! I think I had almost 4 litres!
I am happy my husband joined me in this transformation yesterday. I am so impressed of him that he went to the gym and did 5 K on Crosstrainer! I believe we can do this!

I cant really figure out this quote quick reply or message system. But I will learn. First of all I wanna say that you are doing great Helene and I think its very nice that your husband started too, then this will be something you both doing together.

Friday and day 5
My mealplan are
M1 breakfast
M2 fruits and nuts
M3 vegetable soup
M4 panncake with cottage cheese
M5 the rest of the same soup
M6 fruit

Tomorrow I will be in the forrest all day and I will bring my own food to make sure I got what I want!

Day 6 and 7

Saturday was my freeday. I ate helthy until the evening. We celebrated my youngest 7 th BirthDay!

Today I woke too late to have breakfast before I took my son to Icehockey practice. I made a wholeweat sandwish w ham and water to eat during his training.

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Wholeweatbread, ham, apple
M2 Oatmeal, Blueberries, Skim milk, 4 boiled eggwhites, vitamins & fishoil
M3 Veggie omelette w ham apple
M4 Myoplex Diet Shake
M5 Grilled chickenbreast w ovenbaked veggies
M6 Cottagechesse and yoghurt

Exercise:
30 min walk
Cleaning my house : )

Day 8

This is the second day of the second week
When I got up this morning I weight 92,7kg :-)
It is so inspiering to have such a great result.
Here is my mealplan for today.
M1 Dinkelgröt, with soya milk and two eggs
M2 Tunafish and lentilsallad
M3 meat,lentil vegetable and rice stew.
M4 Myoplex diet shake
M5 Chicken and vegetables
M6 Cottagecheese and fruit

Today I will take two walks

Day 9
Good morning!

And a great morning it is! I finaly made it to the gym in the morning! YES!
Did 20 HIIT on the Crosstrainer!
I´m proud of myself and it was a great start of the day!

This is my mealplan for today:
M1 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 Veggie and ham omelette w tomato and spinach sallad
M3 Myoplex Diet Shake
M4 Fish, potatoes, carrots and spinach
M5 Cottagecheese and yoghurt

Exercise before work at gym:
20 min HIIT on the Crosstrainer. (Done!)

Day 11

Feeling a bit sad, yesterday didn´t go as planed. Trying to learn from that.
Determind to do better today.

This is my mealplan for today:
M1Oatmeal, blueberries, skimmilk, 4 boiled eggwithes
M2 Myoplex Diet Shake
M2 Fish potatoes, sallad
M3 Myoplex Diet Shake
M4 Beefpatties w Fetacheese and a big sallad
M5 Cottagecheese and yoghurt

Exercise :
I will take a 30 min walk on my lunchbreak
I will go to the gym after work and lift some weights

Today is a great day :-)
I had my breakfast and then my sister stopped by and helped me with some adjustments in the kitchen - so now is the assignment two ready at all fronts. And thats feels just great!
The result of assignment two I will post where it should be, when Im ready with this writing.
Today started out great with the breakfast as usual and this is my mealplan for today:
M1 oatmeal, with soja yoghurt and blueberries
M2 a myoplex shake
M3 meatstew from yesterday
M4 nuts and fruit
M5 chicken with braunrice and vegetables
M6 cottagecheese with fruit

My exercice will be working at home. I will put a floor in a room, and it will be pretty hard work with the hammer and the saw. My goal is to make that room ready before sunday, when I will go to work again.

The sun is shining, but it is still very cold. I will take a short walk before M5.
